Today is the debut of my Podcast Island Money 365! I am so excited to share it with you. The idea of the Podcast was written on my vision board at the end of 2022 as a goal for the coming year 2023. I did not know how I was going to make it happen, but I claimed it in Jesus’ name and today is the day that goal and dream became a reality.

I migrated to the U.S. at very early age and like most immigrant, when you migrate you go where your people are. Â But they were so many unknowns as an immigrant coming in and as a child, I realized that I had to figure a lot of things on my own. But what if we did not have to go it alone, what if there was a place, we can go to find a listing of resources that we need. What if we share what we have learned, our struggles and successes with each other more often. What shift would that create for our community?

I started this Podcast to start conversations, to provide resources and breakdown the wall of silence. So, travel with me as I share amazing stories of triumph, perseverance and struggles of Islanders and those of Island descent who have migrated into the United States and have succeeded through hard work, sweat and perseverance 365 days of the year! along with resources that will make your landing a little less bumpy.
This episode is a short introductory episode introducing the Podcast and my personal story. I look forward to sharing my world with you. Feel free to ask questions and suggest topics you would like to hear me discuss on the Podcast.
